Mountie involved in Dziekanski incident set to begin trial Monday

RCMP Cpl. Benjamin (Monty) Robinson, who was involved in the fatal incident involving Polish traveller Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver International Airport in 2007, is set to go to trial next Monday to face an obstruction of justice charge. Robinson originally elected to be tried by a jury, with jury selection scheduled to begin this week. But he has re-elected to be tried by a B.C. Supreme Court judge alone in New Westminster.
